I had LASIK surgery at 23 and am currently 29. I felt my vision improve immediately after surgery, and after one week it improved from -10 to 1.2. They were also pretty good with aftercare, and they said touch-up/AS was possible within the period. I don’t remember the period, but my vision has stayed stable without deterioration until now. On tired days, my eyes feel very dry and gritty, and glare, especially nighttime glare, has gotten worse than before LASIK, but even before surgery I already had glare due to astigmatism, so it’s not uncomfortable. Among the surgeries I’ve had in my life, it’s the one I’m happiest I did.
