Before surgery, when viewed from the front, my nose was just slightly low, and from the side, it had a slight hump (refer to the before photo). Because my facial features are on the defined side, I always felt my nose was a bit lacking, so I did my own legwork and went after finding a director who was good at surgery rather than focusing on the hospital. It was either the 3rd or 2nd place I visited among several hospitals. When I first had the consultation with the consultant, even though it had not been open long, they were really inflating the price, and there were things like review-writing guidelines in exchange for lowering the price, so my impression wasn’t good, but since the consultant isn’t the one doing the surgery, I didn’t pay much attention to it. I was fairly satisfied with the director consultation, so after thinking it over, I decided to do it there. On the day of surgery, I arrived about 20 minutes earlier than the reservation time, had the final consultation and prepared, then waited in something like a private room. Despite being told I would go in soon, the waiting time went over 30 minutes, and since it was also my first surgery and I hadn’t eaten anything, I was gradually getting sensitive. There was no explanation for why the wait was taking so long, and I just kept waiting. Around the time it went over 1 hour, I got annoyed and wondered if this was right, so I talked to the consultant, and the response was things like “It’s usually like this.” From there, the conversation was rough and creaky from the start, with me saying then I won’t have the surgery, asking if it’s right to just make someone wait without explaining the reason, then why is there a reservation time, etc. After surgery, when the splint was removed, I was somewhat satisfied (after side view), but as the swelling gradually went down, the hump was still there, the nasal tip was even bigger and blunter than before surgery, and both nostrils also seemed slightly uneven, so I contacted the hospital. During the additional in-person consultation, even though it was the hospital’s fault, they started by saying revision surgery would cost money, and the director was like, “Your nostrils were originally like that,” “Isn’t it higher than before?” and had an attitude of “so what?” I didn’t want to pay more money there, so I gave up, and I’ve been looking into hospitals for nose revision surgery until now. Sometimes when I see reviews, there seem to be only very good reviews about that plastic surgery clinic, like “everyone I know turned out well,” so I’m writing this review hoping people look into it a bit more and decide carefully. For those whose nose turned out well there, I sincerely congratulate you, and for those considering surgery there, I think it might be better to look into it a little more. * Additional note As for my current nose, none of my friends or family even know I had surgery, and friends with a good eye say only something like, “Your nose seems higher than before?” (To put it positively, it turned out naturally well haha)
