From immediately after liposuction, the left jawline looked sunken, so the clinic tried to restore it twice with fat grafting as after-service care (harvested from the abdomen). ▲ Dissatisfaction with the overall surgical outcome (things that still remain even now, 3 years later) - Double-chin adhesion (unevenness + vertical wrinkles, like elderly wrinkles): within the first year after surgery, they said it would disappear after a year / 1-2 years after surgery, they said it would disappear with more time and that I should do lots of neck stretching / in the 3rd year after surgery, their words changed to, “If you do liposuction, adhesions naturally occur. The unevenness is a natural thing that appears after surgery.” - An unnatural, skull-like facial line when opening my mouth - Noticeable scar area on the double chin - Red, raised, conspicuous abdominal scar - Overall, it does not look natural
At the initial consultation, they were extremely haha kind, but when I spoke about the problems a bit more clearly, the kind and quick responses gradually decreased. There were times when I had no reply for several days, and personally I felt neglected, so I was very upset. I trusted the clinic and waited, but now my trust has dropped a lot.
At the time of surgery, CCTV was installed inside the recovery room, and without prior notice, while I was taking off disposable panties in that space, I found a CCTV camera located directly in front of me. Right after surgery, I asked the manager about this, and even afterward I checked again with the clinic, but without explaining whether it had been recorded or deleted, they simply said, “Now we have moved and the layout has changed, so there is a separate changing room,” and I felt they were avoiding the main point. There was no acknowledgment of the inadequate management at the time or sincere apology, and an unresolved uncomfortable feeling still remains in my mind.
