I had my first surgery with natural adhesion, and they did not recommend canthoplasty or ptosis correction. I only had natural adhesion. I did it as an in-out line, but now the line has become too low, so it looks like an inline crease, and one side has come undone at the inner corner of the eye, making it asymmetric. It is natural, yes, but it is too natural, so I am looking into revision surgery.
