<Before surgery><After surgery>First of all, I had a third surgery, and for my first surgery I had my nasal bridge and nasal tip done! The reason I still didn’t like it even after the revision surgery was, first, that the starting point of the nasal bridge was too high, and also I guess the silicone didn’t settle properly, because it looked crooked.. And it seemed like nostril asymmetry developed tooㅠ I had it done at ㅈㅇ, and since it’s really famous for noses and they said it’s the most authoritative for revision surgery, I trusted them and got a consultation. The consultation time wasn’t that long. (I think it took a total of 1 hour including the consultation with the manager? There was a little waiting in between.) The director was kind, and the consultation was detailed too! Since it was my third time.. I didn’t really have a lot of questions to ask, and I already knew most thingsㅋㅋㅋ So I only asked a bit about ㅇㄴㅍ and about improving the crooked nose. I really thought of this as my final surgery and had even considered autologous costal cartilage, but they said it would be fully possible with ㅇㄴㅍ too, and that they could make the shape the way I wanted, so I decided on ㅇㄴㅍ without hesitation. Also, one nostril looked more lifted, so they lowered the nostril, and I also mentioned columella correction to the director, but they said that because of my nose shape or structure, it wouldn’t be dramatic.. just a small change? Since they told me honestly, I trusted them more..ㅎ Anyway, it hasn’t even been a month yet, but I’m satisfied!! I think the columella area I was worried about was corrected well too, and I really hope this was my final surgeryㅠㅠ
