Ha, the front desk people were all unfriendly from start to finish, and I got the feeling so many times that they were trying to get into a power struggle with the customer, so I was annoyed. I was already upset even before getting the consultation with the director, but I did like that the head director explained things in a fun way that was easy to understand. Aside from that, all the desk staff were so unfriendly and rude, and I never want to go back. It’s none of my business if the employees chat among themselves, but they shouldn’t do it loudly enough for customers sitting there to hear. It almost felt like I had been hired as the youngest staff member at that deskㅁ;;:
