Ear Cartilage Warping After Nose Surgery

It has been 3 weeks since the surgery, and the ear cartilage inside my nose became warped after surgery.. We decided to decide about revision surgery after 6 months, but would it be better to have revision surgery, or would it be better to leave it alone as much as possible?..

At the time of surgery, the doctor probably wouldn’t have inserted warped ear cartilage, so that means there was a problem during the recovery process. What I can guess is: 1. Recovery in my left nostril was slow, and there was bleeding when the stitches were removed 2. My skin/tissue is thick 3. I have severe rhinitis, so I sneezed a lot

The drawing on the photo is my guess, but if my guess is right, it seems like the ear cartilage couldn’t support my nose, so it warped. I’m worried it will warp again even if I have revision surgery.. Can I have surgery again using ear cartilage? The hospital where I had surgery only does surgery using ear cartilage.. Or would it be better to get revision surgery at another hospital that is good at revisions?..
