When I went for an eye consultation, they gave a rough consultation as if they did not have time and strongly seemed inclined to move on to the next customer. It seems you can meet the doctor in charge on the day of surgery. Popular specialists had packed schedules during school vacation, so it was hard to set a surgery date, and I gave up.
