Since middle school, my under-eyes always looked hollow, so people kept asking if I was tired, and that was really stressful. It also bothered me that my under-eyes looked dark in photos, so I would intentionally erase them with Photoshop or use heavy filters. After thinking about it for a long time, I finally worked up the courage to go in for a consultation, and the director and consultant were really kind during the consultation, so I felt at ease. They looked closely at the condition of my eyes and explained in detail what surgical method they would use, so I trusted them. It has now been about a month since the surgery, and I’m really, really satisfied with the result. The bruising and swelling mostly went down after the first 2-3 weeks, and now it has settled naturally. Every time I look in the mirror, my impression looks much softer and I feel like I look younger, so I’m very happy. Most of all, I’m happiest that I no longer have to worry about my under-eyes when taking photos. I genuinely recommend it to anyone considering surgery. Especially people who, like me, have been stressed about it for a long time.
