Breast reduction review - Deciding on surgery (1)

Breast reduction review - Deciding on surgery (1) First, the reason I decided to get breast reduction surgery was that I’m on the thin side (45 kg), but my breasts were about a D cup, which didn’t fit my body, so they always felt heavy and I had shoulder pain. Especially in my case, I have dense breasts, so no matter how much weight I lost, my breasts didn’t get smaller, and since they were somewhat large, I was also concerned about breast sagging. Of course, people who get breast reduction are usually at least an E cup, but I decided on surgery because my breast size didn’t match my frame + shoulder pain/rounded shoulders + breast sagging.   I had consultations at 3 hospitals said to be famous for breast reduction surgery, and among them I chose DSH. The reason I chose DSH was that other hospitals focused only on reducing breast size and recommended an inverted-T incision, which leaves a lot of scarring, but at DSH, Director Kim Jae-woo recommended that since I’m still unmarried, rather than reducing too much, I should reduce by 1 to 1.5 cups through an areolar incision and minimize scarring. I liked that the recommendation seemed to reflect not only breast size but also overall factors like age, marital status, and aesthetics. And Manager Kim Se-in also picked up well on the things I was worried about and was kind, so I had a good consultation. As a result, the surgery I had was breast reduction (areolar incision) + accessory breast removal + inverted nipple correction. Looking back, I really did the complete package lol The photo is before breast surgery!
