A few years ago, as part of a trial group, I had a procedure on my nose with filler and threads, though I don’t know the exact name. I didn’t really like it, so I think I spent about 3 years wondering whether to dissolve it and proceed with rhinoplasty. I kept putting it off for various circumstances and reasons, and finally had surgery at the end of March this year. I didn’t like the idea of something being inserted into my nose, but for the past few years there’s apparently been a surgery called implant-free rhinoplasty. I studied online using the keyword implant-free, studied on YouTube too, and did my own research in my own way. After going for consultations, in the end I don’t think what I studied was very helpful ^^;; I felt that specialists are definitely different, haha.. Since I’m a man in my 40s, I did have a lot of thoughts that getting plastic surgery itself was embarrassing, but the shape of my nose with filler was strange, and I had long wanted to have a straight nose, so I mustered the courage to get surgery. The result is extremely satisfying. There is no visible downward-drooping shape at all, and it looks upright and straight. The director said we should watch until the swelling goes down, but I hope this shape is maintained well as it is now. I’m older and a man, but I still think it’s not bad to live while taking care of and grooming myself. I don’t have people around me I can open up to about things like this, so I ended up rambling a bit ^^ Thank you for reading.
