<Before surgery><Swelling on days 1-2><Swelling on day 3 ><Swelling on day 4><Swelling on day 5 ><Swelling on day 6 ><Swelling on day 7 >- Days 1-2 I don't remember much because of the general anesthesia.. I woke up and the surgery was over, and I was lying in the hospital room lol In the middle of that, my face hurt so much that I only remember kicking my feet, and after that I think I just kept sleeping. After general anesthesia, I didn't have pain like vomiting or a sore throat,, my jaw just hurt so much ㅜㅜ I thought this must be what it feels like if a truck ran over you, and until day 2 I only kept thinking, why did I do this surgery, I really want to turn back time lololol Even with the pain pump, it hurt so much ㅜㅜ,, Bloody sputum and a runny nose were also really bad.. If you had facial contouring and you don't have much pain? You are blessed.. Did I drink about 3 sips of water that day? - Day 3 From day 3, I think the swelling hits MAX.. Every time I look in the mirror, it feels like I keep swelling lolol Bloody sputum and a runny nose decreased a bit, but they still came out little by little. My voice still wasn't coming out.. I talked with my family at home by writing in a notebook and stuff. From day 3, I at least started to feel some motivation to eat, so I bought instant porridge from the mart and ate it. (Since it's hard to eat porridge with rice grains, I recommend buying one where the rice grains are ground up.) I usually hate porridge, but that day it tasted so good lol I also lightly used the treadmill for 30 minutes. - Day 4 The swelling on day 4 was worse than day 3.... The left side, especially my eye, cheek, and lips, was swollen. I wondered if the bone on the left side was worked on more intensely than the right..? That much lololol The pain was like having 10 cavities? I still had pain in the side jaw, but it had gotten much better! Bloody sputum and a runny nose were similar to day 3, and my voice started coming out little by little!! But I felt like I shouldn't talk, so I communicated with a notebook the same way, and from this day I started feeling a little chilled. It wasn't severe, just slightly like body aches? Even so, I went out for walks.. 30 minutes during the day and 30 minutes at night. - Day 5 The day I went to the hospital and got a swelling laser? treatment! The swelling seemed.. similar to day 4, and the jaw pain had decreased a lot! The chills also went away, but starting this day I began coughing like crazy.. The bloody sputum decreased, but blood keeps coming out from only one nostril. I wonder when this will go away.. Anyway, after going to the hospital that day, I wasn't going to walk, but I thought I should to reduce the swelling, so I walked for 1 hour. - Day 6 I think the swelling has gone down a lot compared to yesterday!! Is it because I walked a lot? I knew swelling could go down differently on the left and right sides, but I didn't know the lip swelling would go down like Asura Baekjak, divided into four sections: top, bottom, left, and right.. Still, I'm relieved because the lip swelling is gradually going down! Bloody sputum and a runny nose were similar to day 5, and the cough is still continuing.. Today I think I hiked for about 40 minutes, then walked lightly for 30 minutes before coming back in! - Day 7, today! I think the swelling is similar to yesterday, and the bruising also seems similar.. Still, compared to the first day, the swelling has gone down a lot, so looking in the mirror has become fun lol Bloody sputum. The runny nose is still similar, and I keep coughing. Did anyone else here keep coughing after surgery? It comes out like I have a cold, but I don't know if I really caught a cold or if it's an aftereffect of anesthesia, sigh.. Anyway, starting today I'm planning to increase my walking time! I hope the swelling goes down quickly hehe Briefly, my routine was Morning: 1 pack of New Care - prescribed medication, 2 Tripline tablets, facial warm compress Lunch: 1/2 instant porridge, New Care or soy milk - prescribed medication, 2 Tripline tablets, Newvein, facial warm compress Dinner: 1/2 instant porridge, steamed egg - prescribed medication, 2 Tripline tablets, facial warm compress I did it like this, and I drank 3 packets of angelica tea a day, 4 packets of pumpkin juice, and one glass of effervescent vitamins. But I think walking is more effective for reducing swelling than medication!! Anyway, when I reach week 3, I'll come back with another review!
