Finished my revision rhinoplasty consultation!! For my first surgery, I used costal cartilage to get the line properly, but I felt like the line was changing over time.. They said they would preserve the autologous costal cartilage while adding donated costal cartilage and layering dermis too. Oh, and I liked that the director clearly said no to things that could not be done, instead of being a yes-man.. For revision surgery, if they raise your expectations by saying everything is possible, there is no answer...
