Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

A scaredy-cat’s first breast surgery, 1 month post-op (detailed review)

My breasts were smaller than other people’s, so I didn’t like going to swimming pools or public bathsㅠ I happened to go to a jjimjilbang once, and I found myself only looking at other people’s chests and covering mine with a towel until I got into the bath.. I knew it was a complex, but I kept pretending not to notice it, and then I thought I shouldn’t keep living like this, so I decided to have surgery!! The reason I chose Melon was, first of all, because it was a 1:1 customized clinic, which I liked more, and the anesthesiology director was very skilled. Director Kim Juwon explained things calmly and told me in detail about the characteristics of my breasts, so I liked that. (different inframammary fold positions, pigeon chest) And I think it also helped that the consultants were the only ones wearing pants instead of skirts, and that the gowns smelled nice! I also really liked that they provided a Melon kit Breast pocket 12 Height 167 Chest circumference 70 Implants Motiva Demi L360 R380 Inframammary incision / accessory breast removal My desired look was natural On the day of surgery, I made the final decision with the director on a full C size, and right before going into the operating room, the nurse asked if they could put in more if the cup size I wanted didn’t come out, and I said ❌No!❌ I’m not going to be a BJ or anything.. I said that because I don’t like large breasts, but if you want them big, I think you could say it’s okay? Don’t get hung up on the numbers. They say that once the implants go into the body, they look smaller than when you try on implant sizers. Right now I’m a C cup and very satisfied! Day of surgery Stiff muscle soreness Hard to breathe because of the compression bandage (this was the biggest thing) Occasional burning sensation More stiff and sore from around 6-7 p.m. Felt like a heavy stone was placed on my chest The IV needle hurt more than my breasts My throat hurt slightly in the afternoon Day 2 Aching, heavy pain and accessory breast pain Once the bandage came off, I felt like I could live so much better. Still, it felt tight when eatingㅠ Around 4 o’clock, my breasts felt hot and heavy It stung when I applied ointment Heat sensation in my face and overall body At dawn, my nipples became sensitive and hurt Maybe I should have just lived with small breasts.. Impossible to get up without a guardian Couldn’t straighten my back and walked awkwardly Day 3 In the morning, I thought there was a stone sitting on me.. It was heavy and I couldn’t straighten my back I hurriedly took medicine and it got better My shoulders and trapezius hurt, and my breasts felt tingling and numb I barely made it across the crosswalk before the light changed In the evening, it felt like the implants were moving inside Felt like I’d been hit once above the ribs Day 4 Heavy feeling in the morning Overall my body felt light, but only my breasts felt heavy I went for a 40-minute walk, but it felt tight and was hard to breathe After going out, as soon as I got home, I was panting and took my top off Day 5 Breasts felt heavy and my trapezius hurt Raising my arms was okay, and I made fried rice to eat When I coughed, I held my breasts because I was afraid they might fall off(?) Numb feeling inside the breasts My stomach stuck out like when I’m on my period I walked for under 30 minutes, but my breasts felt like they were going to burst Day 6 I woke up at dawn because my arm was numb In the morning, they became as hard as rocks, so it was hard to get up It felt tight to breathe. I talked on the phone for about 7 minutes? and was out of breath.. At dawn, I lay down, but it felt like the implants were moving, so I felt anxious and slept sitting up Day 7 Nipple color became lighter When I lay down, it felt like the left side was sliding into my armpit In the morning, my left armpit hurt so much that I put gauze there and wore the corrective bra Day 8 Suddenly it hurt like someone had hit my chest hard Getting up was still easier, but I couldn’t spring up like before surgery Felt like some swelling had gone down Day 9 (period started / expected date was 10 days later) Suddenly it hurt like someone pinched my nipples and hit me hard I thought they were on fire I was walking alone, then went “aah!” and stopped I couldn’t straighten my shoulders I showered, and the skin on my breasts started flaking Day 13 I toured IKEA, and walking was manageable Toward the end, it was a bit hard Breast tightness at night Day 14 I felt like I could live again Day 16 Maybe because of the medication, I kept feeling depressed Even going out was hard My body was okay, but mentally it was hard Day 17 It was painful before going out I even wondered if I’d be able to go outside After transferring at the subway station and walking, it was a bit tough I had fun, but when coming home, I was out of breath and it was a bit hard They say all surgeries come with side effects. Even after surgery, I had unexpected pain, so I regretted it for about 2 weeks, but now that it’s been over a month, I’m very satisfied! Still, I hope you decide on surgery carefully!
