Do you know which is right? Really, if by any chance... if my aegyo-sal disappears, would I need to get filler? I haven't personally seen complication photos though

I do think aegyo-sal is related to under-eye fat repositioning, since there are also many people who say their aegyo-sal disappeared after under-eye fat repositioning..
