I went to two consultations for revision double-eyelid surgery,,! I’m torn

My history is buried-suture double-eyelid surgery and a slight epicanthoplasty 15 years ago. I examined my eyes closely myself and did a lot of research, then set my own limit: ptosis correction, fat removal, buried-suture double eyelid, and under-eye fat repositioning up to that point would be okay, and went in! They said an incisional method would look better if possible, but natural adhesion is also possible. And they said both under-eyes are in the early stage of fat protrusion, so under-eye fat repositioning is needed. They said early May is peak season, so deposit refunds are difficult.
