천이언니 For lower blepharoplasty, is there really a need to go all the way to Seoul? There are quite a few good places in Gwangju too. Try going around mainly to board-certified plastic surgeons here and there. This does not involve cutting the skin from the outside, so it is true that it needs to be done well, but if it turns out well, it is seriously the best for completely changing your impression.
