I had it done at a famous hospital that wasn't a plastic surgery clinic, and fortunately there were no side effects! They did it using a partial-incision-like method, and they had cotton in place! They said that was the method there, and back then I was a student, so I looked for a cheaper place.. I think I was lucky! Please look carefully and get beautiful eyes!
