But in just one day.. I could see the effect... Today is day 1, so it does hurt, but it feels like a stiff muscle? It was exactly about that level I even went to work today. I’m writing this on my way home. I needed to diet but hadn’t even been able to start, and doing this at just the right time made me feel even more motivated!!!!!
