Double eyelid surgery alone

I’m having double eyelid surgery next month, but would it be okay to go alone? I’m getting it done in Seoul and I live outside Seoul I’ll be taking the KTX though I’m getting revision incisional double eyelid surgery and lateral/lower canthoplasty... My mom suddenly had something come up and said she can’t go with me I have no one to go with... sob

But if it’s incisional, it could really hurt as the anesthesia wears off, so it’d be good to leave plenty of time before your KTX

Yeah, it’s manageable to go alone. Give yourself plenty of time. If you have sedation anesthesia, they’ll probably tell you to wait in the recovery room for about 30 minutes to an hour, doing cold compresses until the anesthesia wears off. I was groggy after surgery so I don’t remember exactly, but I think it was probably one hour
