The hospital looked very busy. The wait was long, so it took a long time. When I asked if I needed under-eye fat grafting, they said there was no need to do it right away, and that I could get lower blepharoplasty first and then have surgery if it was still lacking. I think they gave me an honest consultation. They did encourage a reservation deposit a bit, but they said they would return it right away if I requested a refund, so I paid it for now and came back.
