Before/after/after/after It has been about 6 months since I had nose surgery without an implant at a plastic surgery clinic. I had surgery for a hump nose using autologous tissue, osteotomy, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Since I’m 6 months post-op, I have no discomfort at all, and I don’t feel any foreign-body sensation at all! I have no discomfort at all when using the muscles around my nose, and I can open my mouth as much as I want!! I don’t think the nose shape has changed much compared with month 2. I like both the shape and the line.
