I had cheap nose surgery 10 years ago.. Now my nasal septum is deviated, so my nose is blocked, and I also developed a perforation, so I want to have revision surgery one last time. I guess it would be right to choose a clinic specializing in functional nose surgery (rhinitis) rather than cosmetic rhinoplasty, right..? I'm going around to 4 hospitals, and I've finished consultations at 3 of them, but since it's revision surgery, the cost is definitely expensiveㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
