After having ptosis correction through an incisional method, my upper eyelids became thick, as if they were swollen.. I asked on a Q&A site, and someone said that eyes that need ptosis correction actually have fat hitting the orbital bone, so there is no fat left to remove, and the eyelid itself was originally thick. Before surgery, I was opening my eyes using my eyebrows, so the eyelids looked thin; after surgery, the power to open my eyes became stronger, so the eyebrows came down to their original position, making the eyelids look thick as they originally were. They said that if I lift my eyebrows upward with a forehead lift, the eyelids would become thinner, but then the distance between the eyes and eyebrows would become farther, so I don’t want to do that.. Upper blepharoplasty done under the eyebrows does remove skin, but I heard it is usually mainly performed on older elderly people. I’m also worried about scars.. What should I do?
