They gave a detailed consultation and answered everything I asked However, they were rather negative and conservative, and they did not try to guarantee the result I wanted I did get the feeling that if they actually performed the surgery, they would do it well But the Photoshop result was different from the aesthetic I’m aiming for If I asked them to adjust it, they probably would, but I think if the basic aesthetic direction is different, in the end they’ll operate according to their usual habits during surgery, so I probably won’t do it here Still, the consultation manager was nice, and I liked that there was no pressure or review requirement or anything like that. It had an elegant sort of “do it if you want, don’t if you don’t” feeling
