Before surgery, from the side my nose maybe looked a bit slim, but it was actually subtly thick and wide... On top of that, the slight hump bothered me so much tooㅠ So I seriously had a hard time during consultations trying to find a place that would care a lot about the front-view effect, reflect my needs well in the design, and pay attention to the nasal materials..ㅠㅠ I filtered out clinics where the consultation felt kind of half-hearted, and had surgery at a place that really reflected my opinions properly and caught exactly what I wanted. During the consultation, they said rather than making it dramatically flashy, since my existing nasal bridge and nasal tip weren’t severely low, we should refine the hump and make slight adjustments, change the nasal tip angle a bit, and improve it so that from the front it looks sharp and defined rather than broad and flat. The way they explained it, and how they drew the design right there on paper, was so, so my taste and exactly the result vibe I wanted, so I decided on surgery!! My nose became completely slimmer and more defined, and I think it turned out well in harmony with my facial features. The hump nose also seems to have been refined wellㅋㅋ I’m originally not someone who swells much, and I did work really hard on walking and warm/cold compresses, but maybe because of that, I think the swelling went down quicklyㅋㅋ After the cotton was removed, I could basically go about daily life completely! After the splint was removed, I lived completely normally! What I emphasized before surgery was that I didn’t want it to feel too flashy, but kept emphasizing a naturally refined lookㅋㅋ They understood that point well, and it really came out just the way I wanted, so I like it!ㅋㅋ Don’t you think I got a lot of front-view improvement after rhinoplasty too, not just the side profile?ㅋㅋ It doesn’t feel like they simply raised only the nasal bridge and nasal tip a lot, but properly balanced the nasolabial angle, nasal tip, nasal bridge, and everything together. When I really had a hump nose, I didn’t take many side-profile photos, and from the front it was slightly bulbous too, so I always Photoshopped my nose, but now I don’t Photoshop my noseㅋㅋ I really regret the past years and wonder why I only fixed my hump nose now, but then I also think, right, it was because there hadn’t been a clinic where I could trust and entrust my nose..ㅎㅎㅎ Anyway, I’m so glad I found a director I can trust with my nose!!ㅋㅋㅋ
