Today marks exactly 2 weeks since I had my consultation and surgery! I had philtrum reduction, nasal tip surgery, columella lowering, bulbous nose correction, alar reduction + 2 types of functional rhinoplasty. I went for consultations at places famous for philtrum reduction and places very famous for rhinoplasty, but since I couldn’t take a long vacation, I wanted to have the two surgeries done together, so I went for a consultation. The places good at noses didn’t perform philtrum surgery at all, and the places good at philtrum surgery felt ambiguous for the nose. Then I saw that Planner did both bulbous nose correction and philtrum surgery, and the reviews were decent, so I had surgery with the head director. Today I checked the surgery CCTV with the consultant and also had the internal stitches removed. I was most worried about the philtrum scar, but even at week 2 it’s getting lighter and cleaner, and the nose is settling into exactly the shape I wanted. They said the swelling will go down more, but I’m satisfied even now. And since I was already going under sedation, I got InMode together, and it’s really good… When I got it at a local dermatology clinic, I was like, hmm, did it get a little more refined? but after getting it here, I can visibly see that the line became cleaner. I plan to come back again next time for InMode!
