The director gave the impression of being very proud. Whenever I had consultations elsewhere, I was recommended to use costal cartilage because my septal cartilage was small, but here they clearly said it could be done with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, which actually made me feel uneasy… I had a good impression after seeing the before-and-after photos, but I did not like the director’s style..
