It was revision surgery for a bulbous nose, and I had it done without alar reduction. The frontal effect is a bit disappointing, but the line came out naturally and well, so I’m satisfied. I later had alar reduction separately at another hospital. A while ago, I went to an ENT clinic because of rhinitis and had an exam, and the doctor looked inside my nose and suddenly complimented it, saying the surgery was done very cleanly and well lol Functionally, they seem to do it safely and cleanly.
