Male Nose Open Approach

My nostrils are wide and upturned, so the doctor recommended an open approach. I went in thinking I should do it without having any knowledge, and when I asked if the scar would disappear, they said it would barely be visible, so I felt reassured and went ahead. It’s been about 1 year and 4 months now, and even though I kept getting laser treatments, after it scabs and heals, the scar remains exactly the same. Before sleeping, I always think, why did I agree back then to do it with an open approach? My nostrils are the same, and only the nasal bridge got slightly higher. From below, some scar tissue is slightly visible too, and when it’s very dry, I also hear a whistling sound from my nose., I only now realized that there actually aren’t that many men with upturned noses, but if there are any men with an upturned nose like me considering an open approach, I think you should be prepared for scar stress. Because the scar is visible from the front.. That was my review.
