At the first consultation, they are very kind, but if you express an opinion different from theirs or show even a little dissatisfaction with the surgical result, from the next visit onward their attitude becomes very cold, unlike at first. I deliberately sought out an ENT director and had surgery for cosmetic improvement + functional improvement, but they paid less attention to improving nasal function than I expected. Instead, the columella shifted to one side, making the function even more seriously worse.
