I went for a consultation quite a while ago, but I am writing this in case it might help. The staff were kind, and I wanted surgery mainly for a no-implant nose tip. They gave decisive counseling, saying things like this is possible and this needs to be taken into account, so it helped me a lot in deciding whether to have surgery.
