After removing a scar on my nasal ala, another scar formed and it seemed to become uneven, so I had a consultation for revision surgery. But because it would be a second revision, it was more expensive than the price I saw on the app before going (they give a discount if you put down a deposit the same day). They said the scar could be removed, but they clearly told me the asymmetry couldn’t be fixed with alar reduction, which I liked. The doctor seemed very tired. After thinking about it, I gave up because I thought I shouldn’t mess with it again for no reason, and I’ll try treating the scar with something like laser and fix the asymmetry with another surgery.
