I’m on day 16 now, but will this come down..?? I had no implant, the hump was shaved down, and the nasal tip was lifted with ear cartilage. They said they lifted the tip because they were matching it to the hump, but it looks like someone is pulling my nose... Pinocchio... I said I hate an upturned nose, hate anything excessive, and want it absolutely natural, even if my nose doesn’t get higher, so what is this Pinocchio Will this come down once the swelling goes down??? I’m not even sure if it’s swelling in the first place, but of course the clinic says it’s swelling
