<My eyes with no makeup><Side profile with no makeup; there’s a little fat><With makeup on and smiling a little> My dark circles are also insanely bad (I’ve seen a lot saying dark-circle improvement is hard, so I’ve already given up on thatㅠ). When I smile, I get another lump of flesh, kind of like under-eye aegyo-sal. My skin itself is really on the thin side, and I’m wondering if I’d need fat repositioning plus fat grafting tooㅠ What I had originally looked into was Encore under-eye fat repositioning, but when I looked into it in detail, they say it’s called repositioning but it’s basically almost fat removal. And I saw there’s also a non-surgical treatment done simply with laser, like L-lifting? Rue-lifting? But I wonder if it would last longer than surgery, and when I look on YouTube, it also seems like it might be better to move the fat down into the under-eye trough and reposition it. Whatever I do, are these the kind of eyes that would benefit from it?
우리집고양이야옹 To properly check under-eye fat repositioning, lower your head and see how much the fat protrudes. Definitely not removal; for the fat, it’s repositioning, yes. Cleared for takeoff~~~
뚜유언니 Your under-eye troughs show to some extent too, and getting another lump of flesh besides aegyo-sal when you smile is exactly the same as me before surgery..! Fat grafting X, fat removal X, fat repositioning O. I recommend it!!! I only had repositioning too, and my satisfaction is seriously 100%... My impression, which used to look gaunt and worn down by life, looks brighter!!!!!!!!!
환타와콜라 I do think you’d look much younger if you do it..!!
묭이 Oh, it’s similar to me. I also went for consultations at ㅍㅌ and ㄸㅋ for aegyo-sal fat grafting, but they recommended under-eye fat repositioning too. I’m torn... I also have aegyo-sal when I smile and none when I don’t. The tear trough there is a bit puffy..
효니효니횬 I think it would get a lot better if you do it!
악의다람쥐 It’s a case really similar to mine! Three places told me to do it, and one place advised against it, but the dark troughs and the protrusion when I smile stress me out so much that I’m planning to do it!
ggm123 [@뚜유언니] Could you tell me which clinic you did it at??ㅜㅜ

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 2 It's a revision surgery, but would they know if I lied and said it was my first? My non-incisional lateral/lower canthoplasty all closed back up
I had lower canthoplasty 5 years ago with a non-incisional method (periosteal fixation). Now mine has closed back up. This time I'm planning to do lateral/lower canthoplasty with an incisional method, but the price goes way up for revision

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
