The director gave me a really long consultation, around 40-50 minutes. He asked whether function or aesthetics was the priority, explained in detail the functional problems with my nose on the CT scan, and also looked inside my nose by putting something like an ENT microscope..? into it. He put a cotton swab inside my nose and said that if I had surgery, breathing would feel easier like this, and it really was so comfortable that I was surprised. He asked if I had heard of the saddle nose side effect, and said he was confident he could perform the surgery without causing a saddle nose side effect. He explained while showing me his own blog. There really had not been anyone who explained things this thoroughly before. However, functionally, he mentioned parts that other places had not brought up, so I am a bit unsure.
