Botched Revision Rhinoplasty for Deviated Septum

Five years ago, my nasal rhinitis was so severe that I went to an ENT clinic for treatment, and they said it was because of the rhinoplasty I had before and that it would keep getting worse over time. They said they were one of the top functional rhinoplasty authorities in our country and that I needed to have plastic surgery now, so I ended up getting rhinoplasty even though I didn’t have the money. I’m the timid type, so I asked for sedation anesthesia, but they said they absolutely do not do sedation anesthesia for health reasons, so it was done under local anesthesia, and I thought I was going to die. Still, they said my blocked nose could be opened and my nose could become prettier too, so I trusted them and decided to use functional costal cartilage. But after the surgery, they said they thought they didn’t need to use costal cartilage, so they didn’t. When I asked if I could get a refund for the costal cartilage fee then, they said it had already been opened, so a refund wasn’t possible. While explaining the side effects of costal cartilage, they said using my own tissue was the safest, so they didn’t use it. After hearing it, it did sound right, but they kept saying a refund for the costal cartilage fee was absolutely impossible, so I couldn’t get a refund.. Now I have nasal contracture, it looks like an Avatar nose, and I’m so stressed. Would it be okay to ask for even the costal cartilage fee back now? ㅠ
