Thank You / Price Negotiation

I put down 500,000 won at Thank You, but the consultant was so~~~~ incredibly rude that I’m torn. She kept trying to play mind games with me, and she’s so tiny I wanted to smack her one. At the first consultation, she quoted 6.05 million won and pressured me really hard, saying that if I paid the reservation deposit that day, they’d discount it to 5 million won, and that I’d never get this price again. And when I said I wanted to see reviews of eye cases like mine, she said they were personal information and she absolutely couldn’t show them to me. She even said, “Would you feel good if your eye photos were shown to someone else later?” So I left without paying the deposit. But I really liked the consultation with the director, so I went back for another consultation, and I just couldn’t get a sense of how my eyes would change at all. (My sausage double eyelid adhesion is so severe that even with a skewer, another line won’t formㅜ) So I said, “Ah, I’d kind of like to see cases like mine,” and Director Kim Hyung-seok said, “Didn’t the consultant show you?” I said, “No, she said she couldn’t show me because it was personal information.” After the doctor consultation ended, the consultant came over looking kind of huffy, you know? She said, “I’ll show you photos of improvement in multiple creases,” and showed me a case that was a bit different from mine. So I said, “This is simply fat hollowing, and mine is fascial separation. Are there no cases where the separated fascia was precisely connected?” and she was like, “That’s the same thing,” what kind of nonsense. I said, “A multiple crease caused by fascial separation is a bit different from a multiple crease caused by fat hollowing. Are there really no cases like mine at all?” Then she searched again with a pissed-off look on her face. After searching, she said, “Ah, here’s one.” So I asked, “Then why did you say at the first consultation that you couldn’t show me?” and she said the people she was showing me now were “people who consented to having their eyes disclosed.” Does that even make sense..? Damn. I’ve worked in society too, but patching things up like this was so absurd. I also got 1.05 million won discounted by agreeing to disclose my eyes. I’m too tired to even logically refute what the problem is. My questions: 1. Can a consultant arbitrarily quote a higher price or discount it at their own level? 2. I’m curious if anyone has canceled because they were pissed off at the consultant even though they liked the director, or if in cases like this, since the director is the one doing the surgery, you just went ahead with the surgery. 3. And is revision eye surgery at Thank You originally this expensive..? Also, they said it was difficult, so another 1 million won was added. Is that normal?
