I had my first surgery 7 years ago, and it was too natural, so I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage at another place 3 years ago, but the nasal tip was too crooked, the columella shape was too round, and it sagged downward. 6 months later, I got AS by adding to the nasal tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage. At first I liked it, but it gradually sagged and became blunt again..
My philtrum is short, but my maxilla protrudes, so I like a less round columella and a more glamorous look, but after 7 years of not succeeding, I feel like I’m going to get mentally unwell....
The nasal bridge is okay, but from the front the nasal tip is asymmetric, and from multiple angles it looks like a droopy nose, so are there any older girls who have had revision surgery only on the nasal tip??
