First, you get a CT scan and have a general consultation with the consultant, then the director comes in and says it would be good to do this and that, and then the consultant talks about the cost again. That's the format.
When consulting with the director, the consultant also stays next to you and listens to the consultation.
But during the consultation with the director, the consultant would respond along to what the director was saying from the side, and also nagged me to hold the mirror straight. That tone and attitude made my enthusiasm cool off a bit lol... The tone was friendly, but there was a kind of subtle hostility? I don't know how to explain it...
If you have surgery, you end up communicating a lot with the consultant. If I had surgery here, thinking about continuing to communicate with that consultant, asking things I don't know, and making appointments, I felt like I would feel uneasy every time.
Also, just in case, doctors are human too, so if there were a problem with the surgery or if I became somewhat dissatisfied, it felt like that attitude wouldn't be favorable toward me.
And the pressure to book on the same day is way too intense. They said I absolutely had to decide that day to get the discounted price, and acted like there was no room for negotiation at all, which also felt really off to me.
Anyway, until before the consultation, the price was okay and I liked the surgical technique, so I thought I'd do it here, but after the consultation, it's a minus for meㅜㅜ
