I'm looking into revision eye surgery, and if multiple eyelid creases are done as a semi-out line, do the multiple creases still show exactly as they are?? When I went for a consultation today, they said they can raise the line, but the multiple creases would show, and if I don't mind that, they can raise it. They said they could raise it as an in-out line while minimizing the creasing as much as possible, but I don't really know what's what ㅠ
양냥양이 Are you talking about the small crease inside? Or are you talking about the multiple crease that forms above the double-eyelid line?
쌍수할래어 [@양냥양이] The multiple crease that forms above the double-eyelid line! They said that if the line is raised, that crease goes inside, so even if they do it that way, the multiple crease won't disappear.. So they said it would be better to do an in-out line raised just slightly. I want a semi-out line though ㅠ
furi Having a crease bothers you more than you might think. Just do an inline.
쌍수할래어 [@furi] If there’s a crease, you can’t raise the line?ㅍ
쿼카룽 I had multiple eyelid creases, so I got revision surgery. I had skin sagging, so I did an incisional method, and they recommended an in-out to slightly semi-out line for me too, so I did that (originally it was an out line). If the multiple creases end up showing, I think they’ll bother you. Did they say you can’t do incisional at all? Maybe because my multiple creases were severe, they said incision was the only option, but the multiple creases were completely cleaned up, so I’m totally satisfied
쌍수할래어 [@쿼카룽] I really don’t want an incision ㅠ I did say I wanted non-incisional, but they said even if I do incisional, the multiple creases would still be there? Did yours get cleaned up with incision? Did you only get double eyelid surgery? Could you tell me which clinic you had it at?
쿼카룽 [@쌍수할래어] Ah, really ㅠㅠ I mean, the recovery time is long too. I think they incised the skin between my original loosened double-eyelid line and the multiple crease, or whatever that area is called! They said it would still be the same? My multiple creases were completely cleaned up. They said that if more aging happens later and fat volume decreases again, they can’t say it definitely won’t ever form again, but right now it’s completely gone and looks clean. For me, the multiple creases formed as an eye hollow developed, so I had incisional revision surgery + epicanthoplasty + upper canthoplasty (to clean up fine wrinkles) + fat grafting (this was to get rid of the eye hollow).

쌍수할래어 [@] Yeah, I don’t have much fat on my upper eyelids, and I’m not sure if I have protruding eyes, but I think they might be slightly like that.. Then even with incision, the line can’t be made high, and an in-out line is best, right? I thought that if there isn’t much flesh on the eyes, semi-out would all be possible..

쌍수할래어 Thank you so much for the detailed replyㅠㅜ!! I really don't know much at all.. My eye asymmetry is also really bad right now. So I guess they said they'd raise the line more on the left side, raise the right side just a little, do epicanthoplasty, and balance the symmetry. I guess the hospital I consulted at today did look at me pretty carefully after all hahaha

I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
