Nose surgery from 10 years ago..

I’m such a scared person, and I don’t know what courage I had back then to decide on nose surgery.. Thinking about it now, I really regret it endlessly.. It wasn’t even a famous place, and I did it in a provincial area without looking into it much. Even though I had a young baby.. Because my nose was very low, I asked them to raise it high, and since it was so low, even after raising it by 5 mm, no one except my family knew I had raised it~ I only know it was silicone + nasal cartilage~ But the problem started three months ago.. One day I suddenly woke up and my nose was very swollen~ From between my eyebrows to the bridge of my nose.. my eyes were swollen too.. I was startled and went to a local ENT clinic, and they prescribed antibiotics, so after taking the medicine it did go down.. but I don’t know when it might swell again, so it feels like I’m living with a time bomb.. The local doctor firmly told me to hurry to a hospital and have the silicone removed.. saying the bone could melt later.. I’m scared of surgery, and when I think about removing it and becoming a flat, stubby nose, I sigh,, but I should still go quickly and have it removed, right? Since I’m just over 40, I’m completely at a loss whether I should go to a general hospital or a regular plastic surgery clinic, and if I go, where to go.. Those of you about to have surgery, please think it through carefully, and if you’ve already decided, I hope all of you have successful results~
