First of all, the manager was kind and made me feel comfortable. I also liked that she only talked about things outside of the surgery, and let me discuss surgical matters only with the director. The director's consultation was the best among all the facial contouring consultations I've been to so far. He was kind, but apart from that, I was impressed that the consultation felt the most professional and that he explained things from the patient's perspective in an easy-to-understand way. Also, before I even asked questions, the director first explained in detail the overall aspects of the surgery and the things patients worry about during surgery, which was good. After that, he also answered additional questions in detail by giving examples or explaining other patients' cases. The review photos he showed were good too, and I liked the consultation, so I paid a deposit and left
