This is my third revision surgery. I had a two-line technique last time, but it failed. The existing adhesion wasn't released, and I only ended up with another incisional scar. I went to a lot of consultations, and some clinics (directors with over 20 years of experience) said I had enough skin laxity, so I didn't even need the two-line technique, and they didn't understand why I was operated on with that method. They said it could be done by excising the skin. But some other clinics say I don't have enough skin laxity, so I need the two-line technique again. I'm scared it will only increase the scarring and the adhesion won't be released again, so I don't know what to do. If more than one place says it can be excised, can I trust that?

익명 [@Sheha] Since the two-line technique failed, if I have enough laxity, I want to excise it. Then the scar would be gone and the existing adhesion would be gone too. But the opinions are really split half and half ㅠ
하리bo냠 Did you go to consultations at several places? If it were me, I think I'd follow the majority opinion.. Each director's perspective is completely different, you know
dsaoe I also had two incisional lines, and the existing line adhesion wasn't released + it even became sausage-like. I went to consultations, and every director said something different. Since there isn't enough skin laxity, let's do the two-line technique (then I'd have three lines though...? lol) / let's excise the scar and attach it, etc... But I didn't want to do the two-line technique either, and I also didn't want to have the scar excised and then, if something went wrong, end up with lagophthalmos. So I had surgery at the place that excised the original line in the safest way.
