1-Year Review of 2-Type Facial Contouring (Square Jaw, Chin Tip) I still have some muscle tightness in the front chin, so sensation is slow to return. It does bother me, but I don’t think it’s a major inconvenience, so I’m waiting until the sensation comes back. When I visited the clinic for my 1-year follow-up, they said there was still some swelling left, and I’m also curious when the swelling will go down completely. It wasn’t such a dramatic change that even my family couldn’t recognize me, but from what I feel, my long curved jawline has become a little shorter and the line seems improved, so I’m fairly satisfied. I’m watching the progress because I’m curious how it will look after the swelling has completely gone down.
