About a year and a half ago, in December 2016, I had surgery with silicone on the nasal bridge and autologous cartilage for the nasal tip. I like the line, and the surgery turned out naturally in the shape I wanted, so I’m satisfied, but the foreign-body sensation and having to always be careful with my nose are really so uncomfortable that I’m looking into removal surgery If I could go back to before surgery, I probably would have looked into procedures like filler or Hiko instead.
