This is my 4th nose surgery, so my nostrils have risen a lot ㅠㅠ I told myself to just live with it, but every time I look in the mirror it's so hard, so I only want to lower the nostrils, but I don't want to have surgery anymore. I'm looking into ㄷㅌㅁ and ㅇㄹㅅㅇ, which do nostril lowering with non-open dermis, and I would really appreciate it if anyone with experience could let me know in the comments. I'm also curious whether it maintains well, and whether there are side effects like asymmetry or other major side effects

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
