The doctor was very kind and explained things well while giving blunt, realistic feedback. The counseling manager was also on the kind side. Even though it's implant-free, they explained well that if something isn't possible, it isn't possible. Looking at the review photos, they're all pretty. There didn't seem to be many bulbous nose improvement cases. If I had a hump nose without a bulbous nose, I think I would have done it here right away.
