The year before last, while getting revision double eyelid surgery, I newly had front and back canthoplasty done too. My horizontal eye length was short and my ptosis was very severe, so they didn’t get much bigger, but considering I had incisional surgery plus canthoplasty, it turned out really natural, so I’m satisfied. Lol but the catch is that my baby fat came off my face, so people think my eyes got bigger But the lateral canthoplasty definitely feels like it reattaches too much.
