I had my nose surgery, and after 2 years I had severe tenderness, so I had it removed! Only the silicone was removed, and I am so happy that the tenderness is gone. I did not have septal extension, and I left the septal support strut in place. I worried so much about removal, but if you are debating it, I absolutely recommend it And most of all, I recommend not doing it in the first place!
